The mind has a funny way of keeping us emotionally safe when we experience pain and hurt in our lives. At times we may do things that seem appropriate and true to what we feel, but only later do we often realize that our actions have not only hurt ourselves but also the ones we love. Oftentimes, have you might have felt that you just are going through the motions of your life and aren't able to have meaningful connections with those around you, but are unsure of how to change.

It is hard to discover those real connections with the people around us when you were emotionally hurt by someone you loved. Possibly, someone has communicated to you that, "You aren't good enough", "You aren't smart enough", or "You don't matter."

I am here to tell you that you ARE important. While others might dismiss how you feel, I will validate your experiences. Your emotions make you authentic and worthy.  I can help you discover your true self-worth and create the life you want for yourself.
